Mixed results with 4 runners over the past week, highlight was the win of Delvaux, Real Sting looked home before the winner fought back worried him out of it. Blue Lion & Hall’s Creek finished out of the placings, not sacking either yet though.

This weeks entries –

From Doomben 18/7/15

Liberation – wins with a clear run late, first time ridden off the pace & it worked! Should make amends shortly.

Lucky Tom – used up early from the wide gate, showed great fight only to be nailed on the line. Stick with him.

Lauterbrunnen – made up a lot of ground in the straight. 1600m is what he’s looking for & preferably at the Sunshine Coast.

Trubia – heavily backed resuming, ran home hard after coming wide. He’ll win his share of races.

Try ‘n’ Catch Me – should have finished closer after being strung up for a run in the straight. Liked the way he got going again late.

From Gold Coast 18/7/15

Devil’s Princess – beautifully bred filly who couldn’t hold the winner however fitter & wiser for the run. Follow her.

Really Reilly – ex NSW galloper who should have finished a lot closer here at his local debut. Further won’t harm.
